On Monday, May 1st, 2006 CYO Golf Day Celebrated year 47. Honorary Chairman Mike Nolan and Tournament Chairman Bill Ring joined over 275 golfers including former San Francisco 49ers Ronnie
Lott, Kenny Margrum, Keena Turner, Dave Olerich, Larry Schreiber, John Paye, Guy McIntyre, Ron Ferrari and Tim Harris, to raise essential funds for CYO Camp.
CYO Golf Day is an incredibly special event- a chance to raise money for kids in need while celebrating sport and fellowship at two beautiful golf courses: Stanford University Golf Course, and Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club.
During the evening program young volunteers from camp had the opportunity to tell their camp stories, and describe the impact that CYO Camp has had on their lives.

More than 50,000 kids have attended CYO Summer Camp since 1946- and thousands have received scholarships from CYO Golf Day. In the summer of 2005 1,439 campers attended CYO Camp, with 34% granted financial aide.
This year the live auction raised over $65,000! And the event overall raised a record breaking $290,000 for CYO Camp.
